Beach Body Brit

Britney enjoyed some fun in the sun while on vacation in Costa Rica. Brit was invited to spend some time with Mel Gibson on his private ranch in Costa Rica and she has been living it up. Her dad Jaime also accompanied her. All these things are positives for Britney.

She's definitely come a long way and for sure has farther to go.

Britney gives back

Word is that Ms. Spears was so touched by Idol Gives Back that she donated $25,000 to the cause. An insider told Life & Style magazine that Britney wasn't familiar with malaria and googled the disease. She was reportedly horrified that children were dying from malaria and she hoped to make a difference with her donation.

This is another positive for Britney. Glad to see she's graduated from pink wigs and erratic driving.

Britney's weekend affair

Ms. Spears got to spend some quality time with the two most important guys in her life - her boys. She was allowed to play with them in the presence of the boys' nanny (and not a court appointed monitor as in the past).

Despite coming this far, Brit still has not been allowed to have the boys overnight as yet. Kevin's lawyers are trying to create a consistent environment for the boys but one step at a time.

I say good for her....
