This poor guy just can't catch a break.
Chris has been forced to cancel his mostly sold-out tour in the UK due to issues surrounding his work visa. Presumably these issues relate to the fact that he has had criminal charges brought against him in the USA (Rihanna ring a bell).
The tour was set to start this week in Glasgow and Chris himself took to his twitter account to issue an apology:
SORRY to all the fans in europe!!! my tour is cancelled. Im pretty sure yall know.
my entry was denied in your country.
I feel sorry for Chris sometimes when I consider he was a young guy who made a mistake and is seemingly trying to get his career and life back on track. It's like everytime he takes one step forward something else pulls him two steps back.
I wonder how many fans have been disappointed by this news.

I'm not disappointed but I agree with you.
It is unfortunate but that part of the World is very serious about crime and the consequences thereafter for you. It's like they say, OK we forgive you but we aren't forgetting...something about that is wrong isn't it?
