Anyone who knows me knows that I am an absolute Renthead. They would also know that I am desperately hoping that someone gives me a plane ticket and a show ticket to see the final performance of the play September 7, 2008. (not seeing that happen however)
This past weekend at the Tony Awards, there was a tribute to Rent where the current cast, including American Idol alum Tamyra Gray, as well as the original cast, performed two numbers from the show.

- Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical: Wilson Jermaine Heredia
